NEW SERIES C.A.P. & P.C.P. PUMPS

Imovilli Pompe look at the duration of its products and introduces a double series of pumps designed to resist to chemical aggression and abrasion.

This new product line winks at weeding or raw liquid fertilization, in purity or with a mix of chemically aggressive products for uses such as soil inoculations, plant sanitization, disinfection, surface washing.

These pump series join the existing D e IM series pump range, sharing all the main spare parts.

The first new entry is C.A.P. (chemical aggressive proof) serie low/medium pressure pumps that provides for the use of stainless steel and special plastics for all parts in contact with the pumped liquids. We introduce you the D 133 C.A.P., D 93 C.A.P. and MINI C.A.P. pumps, with flow rates of 130 l/min, 86 l/min and 27 l/min respectively and a working pressure between 15 and 25 bar.

The second news is P.C.P. (plastic coated pump) serie high-pressure pumps that have all metal parts in contact with the pumped liquids made of stainless steel or plastic coated in order to optimize the chemical resistance and ensure high working pressures. IM 312 P.C.P. e IM309 P.C.P. models are available, offering flow rates of 130 l/min and 86 l/min respectively and a maximum working pressure of 40 bar.

It is possible for each new pump model to have the customization of the mounting configuration to better suit the customer’s needs, as well as to opt for different types of diaphragms (NBR, Desmopan, Viton) or accessories (protection shields, remote reservoir, oil level or rotation sensor, etc.). Different gearbox combinations and flanges for all types of motors (electric, internal combustion or hydraulic).
